The Landscape Collection is a series of paintings created in my studio while referencing the field study paintings I've painted on location. I draw on my memory of the nuances of the location, including the overall hue, temperature, mood and atmosphere, along with some reference photos of the location. |

The Field Study collection is a series of paintings that I have painted on location. They are usually painted quickly to catch the light, mood and atmosphere before it changes. I then refer to these field studies along with some reference photos to paint a more detailed studio painting.
